Our UMF graded Manuka is the same Premium High-Quality honey as the rest of our range, with an extra certification test to obtain a UMF grade.

UMF stands for Unique Manuka Factor.

It’s a membership organisation in New Zealand (the UMFHA) which ensures Genuine brands can protect and maintain high standards in the industry.

UMF testing checks for the level of MGO, as well as HMF, DHA and Leptosperin.

So the level of MGO does correspond to the UMF grade – with some additional natural compounds measured as well.

Our UMF graded Manuka honey start at 6+ (110 MGO+) and run all the way up to 20+ (MGO 830+).

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old.

Our MGO-grade honey is the same premium quality product from our own beehives, which uses solely the MGO grading system to measure the presence of Methylglyoxal, a key naturally occurring compound in Manuka honey known for its antibacterial properties. If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Returns

1. You have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with condition 8 of our terms and conditions. The easiest way to do so is to use our cancellation process by clinking on the following link.

2. If you do cancel your purchase after the products have been despatched by us to you or, after you have received the products, you must return them to us unopened and unused. We will only be obliged to process your refund after we receive the products back from you.

3. We will refund to you the price of the products but we will be permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products which is caused by you handling the products in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

4. We will refund you for your delivery costs provided that any such refund will be limited to the least expensive delivery option we offer.

5. If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
